Key Responsibilities
Directs and manages New Business Case Management operations, including staffing and coaching
Resolves operational issues impacting customer experience and manages vendor service delivery oversight
Collaborates with internal partners to analyze data and improve operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in client advocacy or insurance operations
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
Experience in process improvement and system enhancements
Effective change management skills to influence and negotiate across various levels
