We are hiring a Salesforce Technical Architect for one of our consulting clients –
This is a FTE hybrid / onsite role – and can be based in either Austin, TX OR Tempe, AZ. Candidates must be local / willing to travel in office 4 days / week.
The salary range for this role is $180,000-$205,000k & benefits / bonus. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, candidates must have work authorization for the US without sponsorship.
Overview
The Technical Architect is responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that enhance business performance, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders to optimize sales processes, improve customer engagement, and enable data-driven decision-making through scalable, high-impact Salesforce architectures.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Serve as technical leader for integration projects and data warehousing related to Salesforce.
- Design and implement effective data management strategies, including data migration, data quality, and data governance.
- Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and oversee testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with release management teams to ensure smooth and successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team in best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce platform features.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and industry standards.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal or third-party systems.
- Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Experience needed :
7+ years' hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (including case routing, omni-channel, knowledge management, and service analytics)Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools).Salesforce development and design skills including : Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation toolsExperience deploying web-based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including REST, APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTMLStrong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, role hierarchy, security model, and governance best practices.Experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical designs into business outcomes for executive stakeholders.Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer)Proven success in large-scale Sales and Service Cloud transformationsExperience implementing Service Cloud capabilities such as omni-channel routing, Knowledge, or Experience Cloud for customer self-service.Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.Reach out to learn more!
