A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist (SaaS Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go-Live, ensuring efficiency and goal achievement

Create and maintain project documentation for transparency and knowledge sharing

Train customers on software usage and best practices, while maintaining strong relationships throughout the process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Nursing Informatics

2+ years of software implementation experience

Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
