Lead Quality Assurance Inspector  - $23-$28 / hr DOE!

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Lead Quality Assurance Inspector for our machining client to start immediately at $23-$28 / hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities :

Verify that First Article, in-process, and final inspections comply with both internal and external specifications.

Collaborate closely with production and engineering to address and resolve quality concerns efficiently.

Record nonconformities, assist in root cause investigations, and drive corrective action plans.

Support audit preparation and participation, including internal, customer, and third-party calibration audits.

Oversee daily inspection operations on the production floor and coordinate the inspection team’s activities.

Maintain and update inspection and calibration procedures, checklists, and work instructions.

Provide training and mentoring to QC and production staff to promote consistent quality practices and standards.

Location : Bridgeview, IL

Schedule / Shift Details : 2nd shift (4 : 30PM-3AM) Monday-Thursday with some Saturdays, as needed!  TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT 6 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing quality inspection, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Solid knowledge of quality control processes and inspection methodologies.

Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

Practical experience with First Article Inspection (FAI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Prior experience in a regulated industry such as aerospace, automotive, or medical devices.
