General Description / Primary Purpose This is work performing specialized fiscal accounts payable and receivable duties, including invoice approval and interdepartmental recharge tasks. Essential Duties Job Function Standing Order and Purchase Order Maintenance (40%) P-card Procedures (25%) Recharges (Internal Invoicing) (10%) Data Entry and Information calls (10%)5Gasoline Invoicing, System Management, and Key Inventory (7%) External Invoicing (5%) Other Duties as Assigned (3%) During declared campus emergencies, this position may be required to perform specific job related duties at a designated off campus location or place of residence. Percentage Of Time Posting Detail Information Marginal Functions a) Performs special projects as assigned by the Budget Coordinator, b)cross-trains and provides ongoing clerical relief as may be necessary; c)maintains functions related to FuelMaster Plus system; d)Processes check deposits Required Qualifications High school diploma and four years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
