Washington Licensed Social Worker

A company is looking for a Social Worker I to provide professional social work services to adult patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

Support the mental and physical health care of patients by coordinating with oncology providers and mental health professionals

Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders, facilitating engagement and follow-up care

Provide emotional support, patient education, and coordinate referrals to internal and community resources

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or equivalent clinical degree

WA State Department of Health registration / certification / licensure

Minimum of 3 years of health care experience

Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
