Description - What You Will Do

• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for subsequent testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, train new personnel or students, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Promote a clean and safe working environment, remaining compliant with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) acquired within one year of hire.
• Maintain your certification actively throughout your employment.
