[job_card.job_description]Pay : $24–$28 / hr (10% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift) Weekly pay Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match Employer-paid life and short-term disability Paid vacation, holidays, and personal time On-site health & wellness center Continuous training and long-term career growth Experience in PCBA repair, testing, and rework Strong manual soldering and SMT skills Proficiency with oscilloscopes, waveform generators, and digital meters Knowledge of IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711 Ability to read schematics and technical documents Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities Troubleshoot and repair PCBA failures - Identify root causes and perform detailed diagnostics. Perform precision soldering - Thru-Hole, SMT, Leadless, BGAs, and rework. Use advanced diagnostic equipment - Including 3D X-ray systems, rework stations, and solder pots. Interpret technical documentation - Schematics, datasheets, and test specifications. Support fellow technicians - Provide guidance on testing procedures and IPC quality standards.
