As a Jimmy John’s Sandwich Maker, you’ll help create FREAKY FAST sandwiches using our FREAKY FRESH bread—no grease, no grill, just great food and great vibes.

Provide FREAKY best-in-class customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches.
Wow customers with your personality, impress managers with your service, and support your team with a positive attitude.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesBe a role model for new team members
Deliver excellent customer service
Prepare sandwiches (meat pulling, veggies, baking bread)
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Follow food safety, workplace safety, and equipment safety standards
Uphold company culture and handbook policies
A FREAK about sandwiches
Coachable and eager to learn
Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and charismatic
Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test
Food Handler’s Card required
Fast-paced, moderately loud environment
Music plays throughout the day
Must safely use slicers, knives, and ovens
Stand for the duration of your shift
Lift up to 30 lbs
Climb a ladder if needed
Part-Time Position
Flexible hours
Typical shifts:
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
