Job Description

RGS Security Services is hiring licensed Armed and Unarmed Security Guards to support residential, commercial, and patrol assignments throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We are seeking professional, dependable individuals committed to maintaining safety and security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 1 year of security experience
  • Must hold a valid BSIS Guard Card
  • Armed applicants must have a valid BSIS Firearms Permit
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Professional appearance and good communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality required

Responsibilities

  • Patrol and monitor assigned locations
  • Maintain a visible security presence
  • Observe, document, and report incidents
  • Complete daily activity and incident reports
  • Interact professionally with clients and the public

    • Schedule

    Flexible schedules available, including day, swing, and graveyard shifts.
