• Lead and supervise the Assistant Controller, ensuring departmental tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Organize and delegate responsibilities within the department to meet productivity goals.
• Foster an environment of open communication within the department and with hospital management.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of budgets, cost reports, and ad hoc financial reports under the guidance of the ACFO / CFO.
