What You'll Do :
- Oversee the daily operations of our roll-off dumpster rental business, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and completion of jobs.
- Manage communication with customers, vendors, drivers, and support staff to ensure top-notch service.
- Coordinate maintenance of trucks and container inventory to ensure safety and readiness.
- Handle customer and vendor inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Support sales and business development efforts by building customer relationships and
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational activities and provide reports to ownership to drive operational improvements.
- Support with driving requirements when needed
