Atlas Staffing is hiring an experienced Welder for a full-time position with a great company in Spokane Valley, WA. Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for welding in multiple positions within a fast-paced shop environment. You will work on a variety of projects for different clients, interpreting blueprints and following each job through to completion to meet high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, etc.).

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols accurately.

• Manage projects from start to completion, ensuring all specifications are met.

• Work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic shop environment.

• Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of MIG Welding experience is required.

• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential.

• Must possess your own personal welding equipment (hood, gloves, etc.).

• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs frequently.

• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
