Join our dynamic team at Fisher Investments as a Front Desk Coordinator! This position is perfect for an enthusiastic self-starter who loves to be the face of the company and contribute to a positive visitor experience. As a key member of our reception team reporting to the Reception Team Leader, you'll engage in ongoing discussions about your growth and responsibilities.

Your Daily Responsibilities :

  • Handle all incoming phone calls, ensuring they reach the right departments
  • Warmly welcome and assist visitors both in person and over the phone, guiding them to the waiting area and meeting rooms
  • Log in guests and issue identification badges to ensure a secure environment
  • Manage the scheduling of meetings and conference rooms
  • Provide essential administrative support to multiple teams
  • Keep the reception area neat and organized
  • Engage and connect with personnel at all levels, including clients and internal employees

What We're Looking For :

  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional receptionist role
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • A professional presence that embodies workplace standards
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with multi-line telephone systems
  • Previous supervisory or training experience is a plus

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Base salary ranging from $45,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Opportunity for a discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance
