Technical Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Lead to support its corporate IT, security, compliance, and infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a trusted security and compliance posture to meet enterprise customer requirements

Administer cloud applications used across the organization and support team members

Lead technical compliance reviews and manage employee IT lifecycle including onboarding and access control

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or information security

Experience with technical audits and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2)

Experience supporting and administering company-wide SaaS applications

Strong understanding of security principles, including network security and identity management

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or similar PaaS environments is a plus
