A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Churn & Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead advanced churn analysis and customer success analytics to impact customer retention and business growth
Conduct post-churn analysis to identify patterns and root causes of customer attrition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on customer analytics or churn analysis in a SaaS environment
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and / or R for building analytical models
Experience with AI and agentic modeling approaches for customer behavior analysis
Expertise in advanced analytics tools such as Snowflake, Looker, or Tableau
Preferred : Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science or Statistics
