As a Security Officer - Bank Entry Desk in PHOENIX, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and supporting access control procedures. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a welcoming environment. Pay Rate : $22.66 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Monday : 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Saturday : 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sunday : 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying identification and visitor credentials as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any unusual occurrences.
  • Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following Allied Universal protocols and client instructions.
  • Support a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk while helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card and / or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
