Key Responsibilities
Manage the post-sales experience for over 400 accounts, ensuring customer success and satisfaction
Utilize customer data to identify risks, drive product adoption, and uncover growth opportunities
Conduct structured business reviews to demonstrate ROI and align on growth opportunities with veterinary practices
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a Customer Success role
Experience managing subscription-based models with a combination of high-touch and digital engagement strategies
Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Success tools is a plus
Veterinary experience is a plus
Experience with data analytics to inform communication strategies
