Summary
Refers, directs, or assists Team Members as needed in one or more Human Resources areas such as Team Member relations, benefits, compensation, training and employment. This individual will travel between HR Offices and properties within business hours at each location.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college education strongly preferred; 2 to 4 years recent work experience in Human Resources, Team Member Relations, or departmental leadership required and/or an equivalent combination of education, training, human resources, leadership experience. Professional certifications such as NNAHRA’s THRP; SHRM’s CP/SCP; HRCI’s PHR/SPHR; IFEBP’s CEBS/GBA preferred; Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent PC skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams applications.
Other Qualifications
Must have excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing) and active listening skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with Team Members and leaders, demonstrating empathetic leadership competencies.
Must have knowledge of all regulatory requirements (WC, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA, Employment Laws and ERISA). Must be able to work a flexible schedule when requested and be able to establish priorities in a quickly changing environment. Must be able to work harmoniously with co-workers.
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
