A permanent part time position commencing 27 January 2026. This position supports the financial service requirements for the school. It involves working with a school support team together with the staff in the Catholic Education Office.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

  • A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
  • Demonstrated experience working with an enterprise accounting package.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting budgets and monitoring against targets.
  • Proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required.
  • Proficiency in MS office and Google suite of applications.

DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Experience in collection processes and budget preparation.
  • Familiarity with Tech One and Compass systems.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to relate effectively with parents / carers staff and students.

    • EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum five years experience in an accounting environment.
  • Certificate IV in Business / Finance or relevant discipline.

    • WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE

    This role is classified as a child related work and therefore a working with children clearance is required prior to your commencement with us.
