About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you’ll represent our clients’ products and services at in-person promotional events held inside major retail stores. Your main focus will be creating positive customer interactions, increasing product awareness, and helping drive sales in a fun, fast-paced setting.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement — with room to grow into team leadership and event management roles.

Responsibilities:

• Represent client brands at promotional events hosted in local retail stores
• Interact directly with customers, answer questions, and explain product features and current promotions
• Help drive new customer sign-ups and product interest through friendly, face-to-face engagement
• Work alongside other team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales strategies and product knowledge
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks or retail environments
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed hourly pay, paid weekly
