A company is looking for a Paralegal for a part-time temporary assignment lasting up to six months.
Key Responsibilities
Perform substantive paralegal work under the supervision of corporate attorneys
Assist in corporate maintenance, document preparation and management, and discovery responses
Exercise discretion and sound judgment concerning confidential information
Required Qualifications and Education
Must have an Associate of Arts or Bachelor's degree, and / or completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program
3+ years of experience in reviewing, editing, drafting, and managing various types of contracts and legal documents
Experience with corporate / transactional work preferred
Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to learn quickly and work independently under tight deadlines
