Job Description :

This full-time role supports loan officers by preparing and analyzing financial information used in credit decisions. Responsibilities include spreading financial statements, evaluating credit quality and risk, ensuring documentation and policy compliance, and assisting with loan package presentations. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and a solid understanding of commercial and consumer lending. A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and prior credit analysis experience at a financial institution are preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $27-$37 / hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
