A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist responsible for servicing customer orders on-time and in-full.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate order entry and acknowledgment
Communicate order status proactively to customers and manage expectations
Identify and implement process improvements for order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain
3-5 years of experience in customer service within a fast-paced consumer or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and interpretation
Experience with JDE / Cognos / Tableau is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
