Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. As a Level II Trauma center, ANMC represents over 30 medical specialties and serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people from across the state. As part of our Pharmacy team, you will be part of the medical staff and interdisciplinary team primarily workin gin the outpatient specialty clinics with potential for some inpatient consultation. You will be responsible for medication management, medication reconciliation, disease state management, patient counseling, and drug therapy consultation. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the top of your pharmacy license as a credentialed and privileged pharmacy practitioner.

Work Schedule:Monday through Friday; 9am - 5pm

Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), BPS Board Certification or eligible; preferred completion of PGY 1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy residency, Alaska State pharmacy license or eligible, collaborative team player with strong communication and relationship building skills; driven to deliver excellent care; culturally sensitive.
