Information Desk - Guest Services

Members of the guest services team assist patients and families when they first arrive to the hospital lobby! They are the first face that is seen and often the last when individuals are leaving for the day.

Members of this very important team help patients, visitors and other members of the community to:

• Find their destinations within the Hospital
  • Walking them to their appointments
  • Taking them to patient care areas
  • Wayfinding for hospital amenities such as the gift shop, bistro and cafeteria
• Assisting the Patient Registration Team with various clerical duties
• Assisting Patient Experience with delivering flowers from the gift shop

This team is very important and we hope you will consider joining us!

• Weekday Mornings (can start as late as 6:00am): 05:30a to 9:00a CST
