A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare Representative to assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding member insurance plans and healthcare services
Assist members with appointment scheduling and finding primary care physicians in their network
Provide detailed reviews and process change requests for member insurance plans
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
Intermediate / advanced technical proficiency required for navigating multiple systems
Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
Must reside in Florida and have a suitable home office setup
