Exciting Opportunity for CDL A Team Drivers!
Earn an Average of $4,000 Per Week, Split Between Drivers!
Join Our Private Fleet as OTR Team Drivers
- Starting pay at $0.80 per mile, split . Earn mileage for all driven miles (most teams average between 5,000 and 5,500 miles per week, with potential for more!)
- Enjoy a schedule of 2 weeks on the road followed by 2 days at home.
- $2,500 Sign-on Bonus per driver!
- $2,500 Referral Bonus!
- Comprehensive Company-Paid Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, and Life Insurance - $0 out of pocket weekly! No deductible!
- Drive our fleet of 2022 or newer Volvos, Freightliners, and Internationals.
- Accumulate 2.31 hours of Paid Time Off weekly, totaling 3 weeks per year, starting from your first day!
- Enjoy 11 Paid Holidays, effective immediately.
- Utilize E-logs, Omnitracs communications, Best Pass / PrePass.
- Receive Detention Pay with No Cap on the number of paid hours.
- Compensation for stops, breakdowns, and weather delays.
