Key Responsibilities
Ensure a positive customer experience and manage issue resolution timelines
Document customer interactions and software defects while maintaining proficiency in the company's software
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing solutions and alternative options as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service and troubleshooting software issues
Basic understanding of computer functions and ability to train users
Experience with Software as a Service is preferred but not required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
Previous experience in customer or technical support is preferred
