One of our non-profit clients is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This position is responsible for day-to-day accounting and budgeting, complex accounting activities under time-sensitive deadlines, month end close, and financial statement and account reconciliation responsibilities. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $30 to $33 per hour.
Job Description :
- Perform financial analysis and summarize results.
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
- Produces various monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Reviews and maintains general ledger and prepares general journals.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
