Job Title : Master Scheduler / Production Planner

Location – Itasca, IL

Pay : $85–90k+ (open based on experience)

Type : Temp-to-Direct or Direct

We’re hiring a Master Scheduler / Production Planner to take ownership of all scheduling for production.  This role leads project scheduling across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and R&D, ensuring projects stay on track in a high-value, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the master schedule for all production projects.
• Lead two R&D project schedulers
• Supervise one direct report, with two more joining in the future.
• Navigate Business Central ERP and maintain accurate project data.
• Hold teams accountable and drive clarity across all project phases.
