Job Title : Associate Document Specialist

Location : Parma, OH 44130

Pay Rate : $16.50 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Overtime : Possible based on workload

Job Summary :

The Associate, Document Specialist supports document management operations by preparing, scanning, inspecting, and assembling documents while meeting strict quality and productivity standards. This role is fast-paced and production-focused, requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and organize documents for scanning, including opening and separating mail
  • Scan documents using Kodak scanners while meeting PS+ quality standards
  • Inspect scanned documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Compile, assemble, and bind documents per customer specifications
  • Meet production goals, including Impressions Per Hour (IPH) and Time Productive standards
  • Perform basic machine maintenance (clear jams, refill toner, report error codes)
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to prevent errors
  • Communicate issues or equipment problems promptly to management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment & Physical Requirements :

  • Production facility with moderate to high noise levels
  • Combination of standing and sitting throughout the shift
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive motion
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 10-50 lbs.
  • Moderate stress environment with high-volume workloads

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic PC and computer navigation skills
  • Basic typing skills
  • Ability to read and understand instructions in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in document processing, printing, scanning, or mail operations
  • Familiarity with scanning or printing equipment
