A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of APIs and microservices for healthcare systems

Implement MLOps patterns for AI model deployment and build prototype proof of concepts

Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred

Minimum of eight years in software engineering, with at least three years in a leadership role

Two years of hands-on experience with AI / ML and Azure AI Foundry or related frameworks

Strong experience with Python and / or Node.js for API engineering and data integrations

Prior experience in healthcare, interoperability, or API-heavy environments is essential
