Technical Writer - Toxicology

Technical Writer, Toxicology (Onsite, Carlsbad CA)

Do you have a strong laboratory background with technical report writing experience? Are you looking to get out of the lab? In this role, you will help create, format, and finalize toxicology reports for clients. If you’re a candidate with proven experience in formatting, drafting, and building tables while maintaining strong collaborative relationships, this position is for you!

Responsibilities

Perform technical report writing, specifically for non‑GLP and GLP toxicology studies.

Format and reformat documents, create tables, and prepare protocol summaries for clients.

Write SOPs as needed.

Qualifications

Prior experience with GLP toxicology report writing is preferred, but not required.

2–6 years of experience writing and formatting technical documents.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

General understanding of animal welfare regulations and the ethical use of animals in research.

Compensation

Compensation is determined by various factors, including skill set, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $32–$35 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate; actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
