Job Summary :

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrading / enhancement of ATM software, hardware, and network systems. This incumbent also manages ATM security updates, product support and maintenance, developing compliant processes and assists in the ATM Lifecycle development process for enablement of new features and product development.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Creating and maintaining unattended deployment packages
• Integration of ATM applications with all software and hardware components
• Providing product maintenance and support to internal teams and external vendors
• Optimizing ATM uptime and operational efficiency by conducting system updates and building ATM software, packaging and enable readiness for deployment
• Assisting with vendor management and training
• Scheduling and conducting ATM security updates
• Creating processes and guidelines for ATM software to ensure compliance with FCTI's corporate policies and values, as well as industry best practices
• Collaborating with internal development teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support products
• Technical Consultancy on business process improvements and enhancements to ancillary systems to aid business objectives
• All other projects, tasks, and assignments as assigned
