Key Responsibilities
Lead projects related to managed services onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, and service enhancements
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project phases, communicating status, risks, and issues
Oversee smooth transition from project implementation to steady-state managed services while ensuring compliance with ITIL frameworks
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT or managed services
Strong understanding of ITIL and managed services frameworks
Ability to manage project budgets and scope changes effectively
