The Impact you Will Have :

We are seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Assistant / Phone Operator working from 1 : 00pm-5 : 00pm Monday through Friday at our warehouse located in Provo UT. Qualified applicants will possess excellent organizational skills the ability to multi-task be detail oriented a self-starter and have an enthusiasm for excellence in their work. The Warehouse Assistant / Phone Operator will assist in order fulfillment and shipping answer incoming phone calls welcome on-site visitors distribute mail and perform other warehousing and clerical duties as needed.

What Youll Do :

• Monitors sales order queue prints and prioritizes sales orders as they are approved.
• Picks packs and ships sales orders.
• Assist in warehouse maintenance organization and cleanliness.
• Answers incoming telephone calls determines purpose of callers and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
• Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
• Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address directions and other information.
• Welcomes on-site visitors determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
• Receives sorts and routes mail.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 an hour with the opportunity to participate in a variable incentive plan. The actual hourly rate offered will depend on factors such as experience skills and qualifications.
