We offer regional runs across eight western states, with a focus on reefer freight that’s 100% no touch. Whether you're an experienced driver or a recent graduate, we welcome your application!

We Welcome Recent CDL A Graduates to Apply!

Job Details :

  • Freight Type : Reefer
  • Touch Freight : 100% no touch, 60% drop & hook
  • Weekly Pay : $1,200 - $1,500 (based on experience)
  • Mileage : Average 2,100 - 2,300 miles per week
  • Home Time : Every other week for 34-48 hours
  • Pet / Rider Policy : Bring your dog or rider from Day 1 (Trainees must wait until training completion; dogs must weigh under 30 lbs)
  • Orientation : Paid
  • Bonus Potential : Monthly bonus up to $0.08 CPM (fuel, safety, performance)

  • Truck Features :

    • No slip seating

  • Drivers can take trucks home
  • Freightliner KW T680, International, automatic (2020 and up)
  • All trucks equipped with APU’s

    • For Recent CDL A Graduates :

  • Requirements :

    • Must have a Class A CDL

  • At least 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
  • Paid Training :

    • Training type : Regional & OTR

  • Duration : 4-6 weeks
  • Training pay : $650 / week
  • Home every other week for 34-48 hours
  • Dog & Rider allowed after training completion
  • Paid orientation $300

    • Requirements for All Drivers :

  • Age : Must be 21 or older
  • Driving Record : Fairly clean with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
  • Employment History : Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps (outside of school or training)
  • Safety Record : No terminations from previous jobs due to safety concerns
  • Background Check : No DUI / DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
  • Drug Screen : Must pass urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screen
