Key Responsibilities
Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for various positions within the Business Unit
Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and develop tactical recruiting plans
Source candidates through various methods and facilitate the interview and onboarding process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of HR / recruiting administration experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in providing exceptional client service and a commitment to quality
