Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is looking for Full-time and / or Part-Time NOC Registered Nurses to join our team! Shifts : Overnight (NOC)

The Registered Nurse responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Supervising CNAs
• Medication administration
• Wound and treatment care
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility's nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review
• Assess and address resident pain as necessary and consistent with the doctors' orders
