Responsibilities :

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in an apartment complex setting.
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all electrical systems are safe and comply with local regulations.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain documentation of all electrical work performed.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
