Job Description

We are seeking a skilled apprentice electrician with expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems, and Direct Digital Controls (DDC) Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) HVAC. This role involves the installation and commissioning of control systems for HVAC automation, ensuring they function efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Install cable, wire, EMT conduit, control devices, actuators, and HVAC automation controllers.

Utilize mechanical / electrical plans and control drawings for system installation.

Perform startup commissioning and troubleshooting of control systems under supervision.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in electrical systems, HVAC, and building automation.

Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and blueprint reading.

Ability to troubleshoot and pull wires effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

A two-year technical degree in HVAC, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics, or Construction.

Possession of a driver's license with a clean driving record.

Reliable transportation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00 / hr.
