[job_card.job_description]Work Schedule : Full-time position Day, Evening, and Night Shifts available 6 shifts (12 hours) in a two-week period Every Other Weekend Required Professional Growth : Gain invaluable, high-acuity experience in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive academic medical center. Impactful Work : Contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes and providing critical emergency care. Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, assist with ADLs, and obtain and record vital signs. Assist with procedures, transport patients, and maintain a clean and safe patient environment.) Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Licensure : Active New York State CNA Certification and CPR certification (required). Experience : Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience. Must have Level 1 trauma experience. Technical Skills : Proficiency in vital signs, patient hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Soft Skills : Must be adaptable, compassionate, and able to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Competitive Compensation : Earn a strong hourly rate of $31 / hr.
