Asset-based Finance Associate Attorney— New York (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

About You

Experience : 2–6 years of law-firm transactional work

Focus areas (one or more) : asset-based finance, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, securitization, and / or structured finance

Skills : drafting loan documents, managing loan transactions, handling multiple matters concurrently

Industry interest : transactions involving aircraft, railcars, ships, and other esoteric asset classes

Credentials : J.D. (or equivalent) with strong academics

Bar : Admitted in (and in good standing with) New York, or actively pursuing admission

$280,000 – $320,000
