Oracle EBS R12 Functional Solution Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS R12 Functional Solution Architect with strong expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered at least 3 to 5 full-cycle end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations and possess deep functional knowledge of O2C modules, including Advanced Pricing and Configurator .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead solution design and architecture for Oracle EBS R12 O2C implementations.

Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Architect and optimize Order to Cash processes across Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, AR, and related modules.

Provide expertise in Oracle Configurator and complex pricing models.

Ensure integration across Finance, SCM, and third-party systems.

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.

Support data migration, reporting requirements, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience :

12+ years of Oracle EBS functional experience.

Minimum 3-5 full lifecycle Oracle EBS R12 implementations (mandatory).

Deep expertise in Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Oracle Configurator, Accounts Receivable (AR), Shipping, and Inventory .

Strong understanding of O2C process flows and cross-module integrations.

Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and performance optimization.

Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
