Director of Accounting

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 15+ accounting professionals and ensure accurate financial reporting

Oversee month-end close processes, SOX integration, and implement best practices for efficiency

Collaborate with leadership on financial insights, risk management, and strategic accounting projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience

Experience in a publicly traded company or Big 4 public accounting

Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards

Experience ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance
