Job Description : The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers working with Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB. The primary objective is to oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, ensure high-quality code development, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Key Responsibilities-1. Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of java based applications using spring boot and MongoDB. 2. Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate project status and technical considerations to stakeholders.4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance application performance and reliability.5. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and mentor team members on best practices in java, spring boot, and MongoDB development.6. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Skill Requirements-10+ years plus experience required.1. Strong proficiency in java programming language with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.2. Hands on experience in developing web applications using spring boot framework.3. Proficient in working with mongo dB or other NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.4. Good understanding of micro services architecture, restful apis, and cloud services.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.6. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
