Job Duties

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for various positions within the organization
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipeline
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and the duties of the positions
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards
• Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Experience in sales or relationship management is a plus
• Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
