Buy Back Attendant, Longview, WA

Waste Control, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a Buy Back Attendant to work out of our Waste Control facility in Longview, WA!

The schedule will be Wednesday-Saturday7 : 00am to 6 : 00pm.

Rate of Pay will be $22.39 / HR.

This is a great opportunity for full time, year round work! We offer family benefits, 401k with a match and paid vacation.

In this position you will be working independently. You will beinteracting with the public, computer work, and handling labor-intensive tasks on-site. Must have excellent customer service, as well as the ability to stand and do physically demanding work throughout an 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities :

Greet and direct all customers and employees upon entry to the center

Calculating Tickets for customers

Enter Purchase information into computer system

Ensuring that customers and employees conduct all business in a safe manner and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Data entry as needed

Providing general upkeep of the Buy Back Center

Heavy lifting of Items 50-65Lbs

Learn to operate forklift

Requirements :

Great In Person Customer service skills

General Computer Knowledge

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to stand throughout an 8 hour shift

Ability to lift up to 50-65lbs pounds

Ability to work in all weather conditions
