ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 after working as a mortgage banker, driven by the desire to have a more direct impact — both on the people I serve and the team I lead. Today, our agency is supported by a team of eight professionals who value connection, accountability, and meaningful work. I love to travel and make it a point to give back to the communities I visit, which reflects the values of service and awareness we bring into our office every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Theresa Nguyen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
